Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how the free trial, billing, and cancellation work for a Support Center Phuket Co., Ltd subscription, and how to request a refund. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a one-time, 3-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial, at no cost, from your account's subscription-management page or by emailing us (Section 4 below). Each customer is entitled to one free trial; if you have previously subscribed or used a free trial, a new subscription may begin with an immediate charge rather than another free trial.

2. What Happens if You Don't Cancel

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues and your payment card is charged the applicable recurring price — currently $26 for a monthly plan, or $204 for an annual plan billed once a year. The subscription then renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel.

3. Cancelling After Billing Has Started

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — access generally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Payments already made for a billing period that has started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we separately approve a refund at our discretion (for example, a clear billing error).

4. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account's subscription-management page (the "Subscription" option after logging in), which opens our payment processor's secure account portal. You can also request cancellation or a refund by emailing cyberone@itkingdom.co from the email address on the account.

5. Pricing & Currency

Prices are stated and charged in US Dollars or Thai Baht, depending on the buyer's country, and 7% value added tax (VAT) is added to the price for buyers in Thailand. We may offer introductory or discounted pricing to a limited number of new subscribers; where granted, that price remains in effect only for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption.
