Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Cyber Skill Tutor (the "Service"), operated by Support Center Phuket Co., Ltd("we", "us", the "Operator"), a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID 0835565004457, registered address 403/6 Village No. 9, Chalong Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phuket Province, 83130, Thailand). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who May Use the Service

Cyber Skill Tutor is designed to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. These Terms distinguish four roles:

• Adult buyer (the "Account Holder"): the person who buys and pays for the subscription, for a child or for themselves. The adult buyer must be 18 or older and legally able to enter into the subscription under the law that applies to them. The adult buyer is the party to these Terms, owns the payment obligation, and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. At checkout the adult buyer declares that they meet these conditions; we record the declaration but do not verify age or identity.
• Parent or legal guardian: where the student is a child, the adult buyer confirms at enrollment that they are the child's parent or legal guardian, or are otherwise authorised to consent on the child's behalf, and is responsible for the child's use of the account.
• Adult learner: an adult who uses the Service directly for their own learning acts as both the adult buyer and the student.
• Student (child): uses the lessons under supervision. A child may not buy or pay for a subscription, or give the consents described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, on their own.

If the student is a minor, use of the Service requires the authorization and consent of the student's parent or legal guardian, given through the enrollment process.

2. The Service

The Service provides coding and digital-skills lessons guided by an AI tutor, along with related features such as a placement test, progress tracking, and a voice/text chat interface. Responses from the AI tutor are generated automatically and may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected; the Service is a learning tool, not a substitute for professional instruction, advice, or supervision. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise young children's use of the Service.

The tutor is an AI, not a person. It can make mistakes and does not replace a teacher or a parent's supervision. Please do not enter personal details (such as full name, address, phone number, passwords or photos of people) in the chat. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

3. Free Trial

New subscriptions include a one-time, 3-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues at the applicable recurring price and your card will be charged. Each customer is entitled to one free trial; a returning or previously subscribed customer starting a new subscription is not entitled to another free trial. To apply this rule we keep a record, in the form of a one-way hash of the buyer's email address and a date, of whether an email address has used a free trial; see Section 9 of our Privacy Policy for what is kept, why, for how long and how to ask for it to be deleted.

4. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly (currently $26 per month) or annually (currently $204per year, billed once a year), in US Dollars or Thai Baht depending on the buyer's country (the price is shown at checkout), plus 7% value added tax (VAT) for buyers in Thailand, and renew automatically at the then-applicable price for successive periods of the same length until cancelled. We may offer introductory or discounted pricing to a limited number of new subscribers; where granted, that price remains in effect only for as long as the subscription stays active without interruption. The founder price is offered to new customers only: a customer who has paid for a subscription before and then cancelled it or let it lapse is not eligible for the founder price when returning, even if founder places remain, and pays the regular price shown at checkout. A customer who only used a free trial without paying is a new customer. To apply this condition we keep a similar record of whether an email address has paid before, as described in Section 9 of the Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how billing and cancellation work in practice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's subscription-management page, or by contacting us at cyberone@itkingdom.co. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass its technical or usage limits; access accounts or data that are not yours; use the Service to generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive; or use any automated means to scrape, copy, or resell the Service's content.

7. Content & Ownership

Lesson materials, curriculum, and the Cyber Skill Tutor platform are owned by the Operator or its licensors. Any project or work a student creates while using the Service remains theirs; by using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including messages and any screenshots shared during a lesson) as necessary to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate — for example, payment processing, cloud hosting and database storage, and AI-based processing used to generate the tutor's responses and voice playback. Details of what is shared with these providers are described in our Privacy Policy.

Optional advertising measurement.After payment, the adult buyer may be offered a separate, optional choice to allow limited information about their trial and payments to be shared with an advertising platform to measure our advertising, as described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy. It is not part of the purchase: it is never a condition of a subscription, a price or a child's lessons, saying no or withdrawing later changes nothing about them, and the buyer can withdraw at any time.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or suspected misuse. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
